Monique Tovo
Monique Tovo is a campaigner, strategist and digital organiser with over a decade of experience working across climate justice, public health, and economic inequality.
Most recently, Monique helped shape the 2025 federal election as the Organiser & Communications Lead at Tomorrow Movement, where she led a youth voter bloc campaign that foregrounded Gen Z and Millennial voices - contributing to national conversations around youth power, housing, and climate.
With a background in large-scale government health projects, digital strategy, and grassroots organising, Monique brings a systems-thinking approach to her work. She has led communications and mobilisation strategies for the Greens, Rising Tide, and grassroots Palestine solidarity groups, and developed national campaigns that connect cost-of-living pressures to climate and racial justice - particularly in regional and frontline communities.
Her campaign communications have featured in The Guardian, ABC, SBS, Triple J Hack, Channels 7 and 9. Based in the Northern Rivers, Monique specialises in transforming online engagement into real-world action, with a focus on accessible storytelling, political education, and cross-movement solidarity.
