Frances Gamble

Frances Gamble (she/her) is the Chief Executive Officer at national not-for-profit, Out for Australia. Out for Australia empowers LGBTQIA+ young people to bring their authentic selves to work, running Australia's largest mentoring program for aspiring LGBTQIA+ professionals, in addition to regular community events and the 'Out for You' podcast.

Frances also works as a public servant, based on Ngunnawal Country, otherwise known as Canberra. She holds seven tertiary qualifications, including a Masters in Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne. Previously, Frances volunteered at youth-led not-for-profit, Oaktree, for eight years, helping establish the Campaigners for Change initiative.
